Facilities: Restaurant, bar, private plunge pool at each room, gym, spa treatments.
Activities: Game drives, bird watching, helicopter trips. Lion sightings are frequent, and other animals regularly encountered include leopard, wild dog, spotted hyena, large herds of buffalo, elephant, white rhino, giraffe, wildebeest and zebra.
Children: Not suitable for young children.
Our Opinion: One of Africa’s most sumptuous and exclusive camps, Mombo is situated in a prime game viewing area which boasts enormous concentrations of plains game and predators.
