Lombok & Gili Islands

Separated by the Lombok strait from Bali Island, Lombok is a world away from it’s near neighbour. With divine beaches, Sasak culture, the majestic Mt Rinjani and spectacular marine life to discover, the island of Lombok has no shortage of attractions on offer both in and out of the water.

Why visit Lombok & Gili Islands ?

  • Trek to the summit of Mt Rinjani, Indonesia’s second highest Volcano
  • Take a cruise around the three Gili Islands & relax on the beautiful beaches
  • Explore the rice terraces, waterfalls and villages of Lombok’s highlands region
  • Snorkel amongst Gili’s colourful coral reefs

For avid trekkers, take the challenge to the summit of Mount Rinjani which is one of the highest volcanoes in Indonesia, with a summit rising to 3,726 meters above sea level.

Among more than 20 gilis – local name that means ”small island” in Sasak language – three stand out to be the hot spot destinations : Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno and Gili Air. Each have a different feel but all offer glorious beaches and some fantastic snorkelling.
