Location: Mobile safari camps located at secluded campsites in the northern parts of the Chobe National Park.
Rooms: The camp comprises just 5 tented rooms which have been comfortably furnished with twin or double beds made up with soft pillows and duvets. The walk-in tent has mesh windows which keeps the interior cool during the day, but can be closed at night. To the rear of each tent is an en suite bathroom with flush toilet and hot water bucket shower. There are safari chairs where you can relax and enjoy watching the birdlife at the front of your tent, or unwind with a good book after lunch.
Facilities: The main mess tent has a spacious seating area and dining area, although most meals are enjoyed in the open air around the campfire with the sounds of the African bush.
Activities: Morning and afternoon game drives, photographic boat cruises on the Chobe River when staying for two or more consecutive nights.
Children: Children over 12 are welcome.
Our Opinion: This style of tented accommodation is ideal for those seeking an adventurous and classic safari experience without compromising on quality, and offers an authentic wilderness atmosphere.
