The Boma Hotel

Location: In a quiet residential suburb of Entebbe, approximately 10 minutes’ drive from the international airport.

Rooms: 11 rooms with either twin or king-size double beds and featuring a mixture of African and European decor, mosquito nets, private verandahs and en suite bathrooms.

Facilities: Restaurant, bar, swimming pool, massage, library, bicycle rental.

Activities: Visiting the Botanical Gardens and the Wildlife Centre, cycling, Mabamba Swamp trips, fishing on lake Victoria, trips to Entebbe golf course.

Children: Children of all ages are welcome.

Our Opinion: A very attractive garden lodge with a tranquil location close to the town of Entebbe and the international airport.

A visa is required for Uganda and it is required for all visitors to carry a Yellow Fever certificate (regardless where they have travelled from)
