Location: On a hill at approximately 5000 feet above sea level, in the heart of the Bunyaruguru crater lake region, about half an hour’s drive to the Kibale National Park gate.
Rooms: 8 thatched stone cottages build from local materials, each with panoramic views of the Rwenzori Mountains and the forest below. The rooms are spacious with a private terrace and en-suite bathrooms with a bath and shower. Each room is lit by solar powered lights and the dinners are served by candlelight, as there is no electricity on site.
Facilities: Swimming pool, restaurant & bar in the main house.
Activities: Bird watching, forest walks, chimpanzee tracking.
Children: Children of all ages are welcome.
Our Opinion: Ndali Lodge is a restored colonial house with a tranquil location in colourful gardens and boasts wonderful views over the hills & lakes of the surrounding region.
