World Odyssey Photographic Competition 2022 – 2023
Due to popular demand we are delighted to once again launch our World Odyssey travel photography competition which will be judged by travel writer Paul Clammer – with the first prize of £1,000 in travel vouchers, second prize of £500 & third prize of £250 in travel vouchers. There is always some very stiff competition between all the amazing amateur photographers out there and we very much enjoy receiving so many beautiful photos from all around the world…from Botswana to Belize and beyond!
How to enter
You can enter the competition by emailing your photo to info@world-odyssey.com, using ‘World Odyssey Photo Competition’ as the subject with a brief description of the photo, your name and preferred contact details or via the following social media channels:
- Facebook – post your photo (with a caption) on the World Odyssey Facebook page
- Instagram – Post your photo on Instagram, mentioning @world_odyssey and use the hashtag #worldodysseyphotocompetition
- Pinterest – Upload your photo and mention worldodysseypin and a description of your photo
The competition closes on 30th September 2023 and our winner and runners-up will be selected after all entries are reviewed. Individuals may submit up to 3 entries each.
The competition is once again judged by travel writer, Paul Clammer. Paul has contributed to over two dozen guidebooks for Lonely Planet, including acting as the head author on their Morocco and Dominican Republic & Haiti guidebooks, as well as covering more complex destinations such as Pakistan, Nigeria and Mauritania for them.
