Facilities: Swimming pool, dining room, bar, gardens.
Activities: Activities include 4×4 game drives, bush walks, camel and horse rides, an optional night in a fly camp, swimming in the river, mountain biking, bush picnics, interaction with the local Samburu tribe or just relaxing and watching the sun go down at the end of the day.

Our Opinion: The remote, wild and beautiful Ol Malo Lodge and Ol Malo House are situated on the banks of the Uaso Nyiro River in a 5000 acres’ private conservancy in Kenya’s in the northern Laikipia region, home to the Samburu people. The views across this ancient, rugged land are simply majestic. Ol Malo Lodge is privately owned and managed by Colin & Rocky Francombe, whilst their son Andrew and his wife Chyulu live at Ol Malo House with their own children. Wildlife regularly encountered in the area includes giraffe, zebra, eland, gazelles, oryx, elephant and occasionally lion, leopard & wild dog.
