Location: Amazon and Negro Rivers.

Rooms: MV Amazon Clipper: 16 passengers in 8 cabins, MV Premium: 32 passengers in 16 cabins.

Facilities: The MV Amazon Clipper is a smaller 3 deck ship and provides 8 basic air-conditioned cabins with private bathroom, dining room, sundeck, bar and library. The MV Premium is a luxury 4 deck ship with large cabins, private bathroom with hot showers, air-conditioning, lecture room, restaurant, leisure deck with bar and sun deck.

Activities: Canoeing, birdwatching, visiting local villages, hiking, guided tours, fishing.

Children: Children are welcome.

Our Opinion: Amazon Clipper Cruises operates 2 boats, the small MV Amazon Clipper with basic rooms and facilities and the MV Premium, a luxury ship with comfortable, spacious cabins and 4 decks. Both ships cruise the Amazon River and its tributaries on a weekly basis with 3 different itineraries: the 3 days and 2 nights “Amazon River Cruise”, the 4 days and 3 nights “Negro River Cruise” and finally the 6 days and 5 nights “Amazon and Negro River Cruise”.
