Facilities: Clubhouse & lounge serving meals, swimming pool, massage service & yoga classes.

Activities: Surfing, fishing, snorkelling, pilates, horseback riding, yoga, stand up paddleboarding and various excursions in the area.

Children: Children are welcome.

Our Opinion: Stunning property, beautifully done, very small with only 5 casitas. Feels exclusive, there is no restaurant but guests can pre-order dinner if they’d like to eat here. Not for everyone as the casitas are totally open! We like it a lot.

Highlights included white water rafting, zip wires, releasing new-born turtles into the sea, being in a boat amongst 200 dolphins, riding on beaches... Children and parents ticked off many from our “must do things in our lives” list. In terms of lodges, would rank Pacuare and Lapa Rios equal first.
