We collect information about you in order to process your holiday booking and to ensure that your holiday arrangements run smoothly. This will require us to pass on the relevant information to suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels and transport companies.

  • Emergency contact details of a third party.
  • Special requirements such as any disability, medical or dietary restrictions.
  • Aircraft seating preferences.
  • Special occasions whilst you are on holiday.

Your data will be kept on an encrypted CRM system. Contact details will remain on our marketing list until such time a request is made for them to be removed.

Personal data other than contact details will only be held for as long as reasonably necessary to carry out services and administer your relationship with us. Typically, this is five years since your last interaction with us unless we are required to hold it longer for legal or taxation reasons.

We do not store financially sensitive information such as credit card numbers or bank details.

Data protection laws might not be as strong outside the EEA as they are in the EEA. Your personal data will only be transmitted to companies outside the EEA when it is necessary for the processing of your booking and we will endeavour that appropriate security to protect the data is maintained.
