Ascend the slopes of Mount Batur under a star-lit sky to witness the spectacular sunrise over the island and volcanoes. The two hour uphill trek is challenging but you are soon rewarded with spectacular views including the two volcano craters and on clear days it is even possible to view Lombok’s Mount Rinjani in the distance across the Lombok Strait.
