Salt of Palmar

Location: SALT of Palmar is an iconic building located straight onto Palmar beach, on the east coast of Mauritius. It opened in November 2018, having been designed, built and furnished by locals, its eco-friendly emphasis is on local produce, zero use of single-use plastic, no buffets (to avoid food wastage), no fixed TV screens, reusable water bottles freely refillable at various water stations.
