Our Opinion: The Bristol hotel is a great departure point for sightseeing, excursions or just shopping. Interesting paces to visit inlude the Panama Canal, Old Panama and Casco Viejo , Metropolitan National Park and local craft markets located in Casco Antiguo and Panama Viejo.

Highlights included white water rafting, zip wires, releasing new-born turtles into the sea, being in a boat amongst 200 dolphins, riding on beaches...
